The SPOBIS kicks off, Europe’s largest sports business event. Together with 1. FC Köln, we show how emotional fan communication works today. In our presentation “More than Service: The AI Chatbot of 1. FC Köln”, you will learn why modern fan engagement is not just about tickets, but about real “joy” in chat. We demonstrate how tradition and high-tech come together using the example of the chatbot “Hennes”.

3. Data:unplugged: Deep Dive into Industry 🛠️

The Data:unplugged is a true home game for us in Münster – and this year we’re raising the bar even higher! Our booth space has doubled compared to last year. That means: Twice as much space for deep dives, demos, and great conversations.
We are very pleased to have TRUMPF as a partner, a world market leader in machine engineering. Together with TRUMPF, we dive deep into industrial practice and the transformation through AI. The topic: the AI assistant “Frag TRUMPF” and the international rollout of AI Agents around the globe. Here you can see how complex B2B requirements are securely and GDPR-compliantly solved with our platform developed in Germany.
